We source our raw materials from Campania, where we get the world’s best buffalo mozzarella and fine wines, as well as vegetables such as friarielli from the fields of northeast Naples and San Marzano tomatoes–truly unique.
It all started with an idea from Giuseppe Napolitano, who brought this vision to life at Borgo Marinari, one of Naples’ most beautiful and magical places.
The increasing popularity of our project has allowed us to sail the Mediterranean to Malta.
